Service · Agentic websites

Most websites are finished on launch day and get worse from there. We build and manage websites that read their own search and lead data, improve their own pages every week, and are ready for the AI assistants your buyers now ask first. You approve anything that matters.

What you get

One system that watches the site, improves it, and shows you what it did.

A site connected to its data

Google Search Console, analytics, forms, and calls feed one system, so decisions come from what your buyers search and do.

Weekly improvements

Titles that get seen but not clicked are rewritten. Pages losing ground are refreshed. Questions your buyers search get answered on the page.

An approval queue

Small fixes go live. Larger changes wait for your yes or no.

A change log

Every edit is recorded with a before and after, and any of them can be rolled back.

AI-ready pages

Structured data, plain statements of what you do and where, and access for the AI assistants you want recommending you.

Reporting on leads

You see which changes moved quote requests and calls, along with rankings.

How it works

We review your site and search data
We connect the site to its data
You approve every change for 30 days
Low-risk fixes start shipping on their own
You get a weekly summary and a queue

Review. We go through your Search Console data and your current site with you and show you where it is leaking.

Connect. We wire the site to its data and set the rules for what software may change and what always needs a person.

Supervised month. For the first 30 days, every proposed change comes to you for approval. This is how you learn what the system gets right.

Ongoing. Low-risk changes ship on their own. You get a short weekly summary and a queue of anything bigger.

What stays in your hands

The fear we hear most is that software will rewrite the website while nobody is looking. So the rules are set before anything is switched on.

Always needs your approval

  • Prices, quotes, and lead times
  • Certifications, specifications, and safety claims
  • Legal, privacy, and compliance wording
  • Anything that names a customer
  • Your homepage headline and core message

Handled for you

  • Page titles and descriptions
  • Internal links between related pages
  • Broken link repairs
  • Structured data
  • Drafts of new sections, queued for review

The software does the watching and the routine work. You make the decisions that need judgment.

Who this is for

Manufacturers and industrial suppliers

Your buyers search by spec, material, or process and then request a quote.

Contractors and service companies

You depend on calls and form leads from local search.

B2B firms

Your site looks fine and has not produced a lead in months.

It is not the right fit if your site cannot be edited or measured today. In that case we fix the foundation first.

Why The Clay Media

We have built and managed business websites since 2010. We also build the systems behind them, such as the quote portal that replaced spreadsheet quoting for a steel supplier. An agentic website joins those two kinds of work, so the site and the system behind it are run by the same team.

New to the term? Our guide, What Is an Agentic Website?, explains it in plain English.

Common questions

What is an agentic website?

It is a website that reads its own performance data, makes or proposes its own improvements, and is built so AI agents can understand and use it. A person approves anything important.

Do I have to rebuild my site?

Usually not. If your site can be edited, measured, and backed up, we can connect it as it is.

Will AI publish things I have not seen?

Only small fixes you have agreed to in advance, such as titles, descriptions, and broken links. Everything else waits for your approval, and every change is logged.

Will Google penalize this?

Google’s spam policies target pages mass-produced to manipulate rankings. This service improves a small number of existing pages based on real search data, with a person reviewing the work.

How much of my time does it take?

A short weekly review once the first month is done.
