An Introduction to our Web Forms

If you’re one of our clients, you’ll have no doubt come across one of our web forms before. They are the first thing that our clients are asked to complete, and they are incredibly helpful when it comes to taking care of your web development needs. As Orange County web design specialists, you can imagine that we require plenty of info from you to get the ball rolling, so here’s a breakdown of our forms and how best to go about then.

General Goals Form

This form is our introduction to you and your business. It helps our supervisors obtain a better understanding of what it is that you do, why you do it and what you are hoping to achieve. If you’re a Doctor for example, hoping to expand your client base and broaden your services, then you may want a website and other promotional materials to help your name to be the first thought on your customers lips when they are unwell. Be as accurate as you can in your General Goals Form, and please let us know what you’d like from your business, any preferences in design or themes, and if you require anything more specifically from us.

Our Proposal Form

Once you’ve let us know what you need from us, our web development team will put together a proposal for your review. This proposal will contain details and visuals based on the information that you kindly provided in your General Goals Form, and you’ll have the option to discuss the details of our proposal by responding directly to one of our team. If you’d like any changes or alterations whatsoever, we’ll pass on your notes to our web development team and they’ll take of the details in a timely manner. Our proposal is more for a contractual arrangement between us as your service provider, and you as our client. We’ll discuss numbers and other information during this process too.

Web Content Form

This is the final form in our process, and it’s your way of telling us exactly what you want from your web design. We’ll have already covered a few ideas during our proposal, but this is the part where we’ll really get to grips with what you are looking for. You’ll have the option of including information relating to color schemes, graphical elements, logos, banners and fonts. You can have as much or as little involvement as you like; in fact if you’d prefer to leave our Orange County web design team to do what they do best, then you can make that clear during this form too.

If you’re interested in booking our services, or if you’d like to make an inquiry in to what we can do for you, then please feel free to contact us directly at Chris@TheClayMedia.com and one of our advisors will get back to you within 24 hours in most cases.
