Do These 4 Things FIRST if Your Site Is Loading Slow!

It’s like a nightmare!

Your website loads slower than a dial-up connection in 1997!

You want to get tons of traffic to your site, but you know no one is going to stay through this misery!

You have a web “guy” but they tell you that it’s already optimized the best that it can possibly be.

You know there must be a better way!

Luckily you got me to help send the PERFECT message to your web guy. No more slow loading times after this.

All you do is email this to your web guy:

Hey! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

I wanted to tighten things up a bit and I had 4 things I need you to do.

Step 1: Please make sure all of the images on the website are optimized and compressed. Please use .Png’s instead of Jpeg.

Step 2: Please minify the Code. This goes for the JS, CSS, Html & XHTML. Only when you’re done with all of those, please move on to the next step.

Step 3: Please add “compression” onto the server. And then lastly….

Step 4: Please enable cache on the website assets and resources for browsers.

Please do all of the above, without skipping a step.

Thank you so much!

Boom that’s it! That’s all you have to send.

You can even do this every few weeks to make sure they stay on it. And if you want a good speed test to use in order to see the results for yourself, go ahead and use the test found here: https://testmysite.withgoogle.com/intl/en-gb

All you have to do is enter your URL and it’ll run a speed test on the desktop and mobile version of your website.

Very helpful to identify what’s slowing your website down.

To do these things and you’ll be on the way to a snappy fast website that your visitors will love!

Say goodbye to the 90’s and hello to the modern era of fast websites, and tons of traffic!

To your web success!
